Metropolis Surveyors LLP was formed in 2004 as an amalgamation of an existing Chartered Surveyors Practice with the Kings Group of Estate Agents. In 2006 Kings Group acquired full control of the practice and established a new management team to drive the business forward.

From an initial business base of London and the Home Counties and some 20-30 surveyors the business now operates throughout the whole of Southern England utilising the services of over 80 surveyors.

As with the estate agency business our commitment to success and providing a market leading service is second to none.

Working with all the major lenders and independent clients our business model is ideally structured to enable us to maximise the opportunities that present themselves to us so that our objectives and goals can be achieved.

Our goals are simple- we want to be the best that we can be in all the areas that we operate within. Our methods are simple- we keep it just that, simple, and treat people, be they corporate or individual, the way we would want to be treated ourselves.
