Whether you are buying a sixteenth-century cottage, a brand-new house on a development, a flat or a 3-bed semi, we will provide you with the information to enable you to choose the correct survey so that there will be no surprises.

If you have any specific concerns, tell us about these before we attend the property and we will report back to you directly on these. After you have received your Report, our surveyors will be more than happy to go through the details of the Report if there are any points about which you are unclear.

We offer a full range of residential valuations and surveys, working with over 40 first and second charge lenders, panel managers and brokers along with private clients, housing associations and councils.

We understand the need for clear and concise reporting. Our aim is to ensure that our clients are aware of any potential issues when considering the chosen property. Working closely with our Lender, Broker and Packager clients in the Second Charge market has proved highly successful. Our awards are testimony to that.
