The Second Charge market has grown exponentially over the past 10 years, and is now seen as offering a range of choice to homeowners who either can't move, or simply don't want to. This has led to a growth not only in the number and type of lenders, but also the products available, including options for BTL.

Our proposition and growth has been based on service and communication. Brokers and Lenders alike require timely but accurate assessments from our Surveyors. Our Compliance and Audit Department has provided risk solutions to many new entrants to the market, helping to form effective and measured lending guidelines.

Performance analysis has given Lenders and Brokers an important insight on how effective properly delivered Survey and Valuation can be to their business.
